Responsibilities :

• Liaising with vendors, shipping companies and internal team to arrange shipment tasks;
• Responsible for handling import/export documents, shipment and logistics arrangement;
• Coordinating with forwarders for delivery arrangements;-
• Following up on sales, purchase orders and quotation, shipment booking and scheduling;
• Able to handle full set of shipping documents.  

Requirements:

• 1-2 years relevant working experience;
• Diploma Holder or equivalent;
• Performing ad-hoc duties as instructed;
• Work independent;
• Good command of both written & spoken English.
