Job Description

Job Purpose/Role  

Administration

  • Provide administration support for sales enquiries, quotations, orders etc.
  • Work together with sales team to conduct follow up calls with customers. Follow up sales quotations and convert into sales orders.
  • Collect relevant data and prepare sales analysis reports and internal monthly reports.
  • Handling internal communication in between Sales, Sales Support and Finance team members
  • Organize and maintain database and e-filing system

Business development and marketing

  • Collect and analyze market and competitive data.
  • Planning, execution and monitoring of events, exhibitions, conferences, media relations etc in co-ordination with different department heads. Follow global guidelines and marketing strategy.
  • Research/evaluation of existing and possible new market communication channels and tools, including benchmarking of competitors from related industries. 

 

Your qualifications

  • 3 to 5 years of sales coordination experience, preferably in marine engineering field
  • Able to communicate in English, proficient in Cantonese and Mandarin
  • General PC skills and knowledge of internal company systems is an advantage
  • Experienced customer orientation is preferable
  • Ability to work with professional confidence and a high degree of independence, team player with positive personality
  • Have a certain degree of flexibility to work according to the situation demands of the marine industry
  • Good planning and analytic skills
