Job Description
Sales Administrator Smart Infrastructure - Regional Solutions & Services Responsibilities: The successful candidate will be responsible for sustainable development of the business of smart infrastructure solution and services. The responsibilities also include: Support service sales team for clerical works such as quotations/ tenders/ contracts preparation, Government levy applications, document hardcopy and hardcopy filing etc. Support service sales team for digital system data entry work Assist service sales team to co-ordinate with other teams such as service operation team, commercial team, legal team etc for quotations/ tenders/ contracts approval works Co-ordinate with vendors for quotation requisitions Work with other Sales Administrator colleagues as back up when necessary Requirements: Individuals who meet the following requirements or possess the equivalent combination of competence and experience are invited to apply: At least 2 years’ experiences in clerical works/ sales supports/ customer service Proficiency in MS Offices such as Excel, Word, Powerpoint is a must Experience in One-Drive, Sales Force, SAP is preferable Open to communicate with others and able to work independently Good command in English and Chinese Remarks: The candidate will be employed by outsourced company Organization: Smart Infrastructure Company: Siemens Limited Experience Level: Early Professional Full / Part time: Full-time
