Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION:-
- Handle all customers orders, PO, inquiry, and needs, as well as updating information records
- To assist the Sales Team to provide full aspect of operational and administrative support
- To liaise with internal and external parties to ensure smooth operations flow
- Out-going, hard-working and self-motivated
- Perform administrative duties and clerical works
- Participate in any ad hoc projects and tasks when required
- Keep track of sales data and measures
- Support sales team and coordinate with other departments, including marketing campaigns
- Handle inquiries from customers, all sales support, sample arrangements
- Diploma or DSE above
- Min.2 years coordinator in Trading
- Detail minded, well-organized and eager to learn
- Pleasant, willing to learn, self motivated, enjoy team work
- Proficiency in spoken & written English
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
