Responsibilities

• Handle daily sales order processing
• Shipment arrangement
• Provide sales administration support 
• Coordination with overseas customers 

Requirements

• HKCEE / DSE / Diploma or above 
• Minimum 1 years experience in Freight Forwarding / Shipping Companies / Trading Companies 
• Familiar with shipping document 
• Proficiency in MS applications: Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Chinese word processing
• Knowledge of Japanese is a plus
  
• Immediately available is preferred
