Role Descriptions
Responsible for running an efficient and highly professional sales administration and duties by effectively carrying out supporting roles and performing administrative activities, which generally include in-house sales activities, customer portfolio management, meeting coordination, Delphi sales, administration and database/records maintenance whilst maintaining confidently of all information.
Job Requirements
Experience - 1 year of work experience in administrative role, exposure in hotel sales/ rooms/ reservations is a plus
Education - bachelor degree in hospitality or relevant discipline
Technical sompetencies - knowledge of Microsoft Office, Delphi & Opera system is preferred
Language skills - fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin

W Personality - warm, welcoming, smiling and pleasant
