Eaton is looking for a Sales Coordinator Northern Europe JOB SUMMARY - The Sales Coordinator will report directly to the Market Intelligence and Commercial Excellence Manager - He/She will be responsible to prepare, store and analyze all commercial documents that are typical of the automotive business (quotations, contracts, price information) and operate on customer portals and use Eaton systems. He/She will be responsible to manage Sales business analysis and update internal reporting. - The position will work closely with the VG EMEA Sales Team - Prices by product line and customer, contractual terms and conditions and other Sales indexes will be a part of her/his job RESPONSIBILITIES A. Supports the Sales Team in the preparation of quotations and the approval process B. Is responsible for the management and analysis of Purchase Orders, contracts and commercial documents including price information C. Develops customized reports for Sales Managers, prepares analysis of sales and pricing data, interpretation of standardized metrics D. Manages customer portals, including access management of Eaton users, managing documents and processes on customer portals, distribution of relevant documents internally E. Provides input into the description and qualification of growth opportunities for new products, using the CRM tool F. Supports the Sales Team with pipeline tracking and analysis, using the CRM tool G. Assists Sales Managers with other commercial activities including prototype offers, new customer setup, DSO management, and logistics activities H. Supports Sales Managers with the annual Profit Planning and Strategic Planning processes (program volumes, price information, analysis of revenues) I. Is responsible for organizing internal meetings and managing standard reporting Qualifications • Bachelor Degree; Master Degree is preferred • Fluent in English and German language. French or Dutch are a plus. • Minimum experience: 1-3 years’ experience • Experience in Marketing and Sales • Knowledge of Eaton VG EMEA products • Solid Microsoft Office skills required; experience with CRM software is a plus • A results oriented and highly adaptable person who is a supportive team player in a corporate environment • Self-motivated and a strong desire to achieve results • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work in a cross-functional team • Able to manage multiple tasks across the EMEA region What you will get from us Eaton’s mission is to improve the quality of life and the environment through the use of power management technologies and services.
