Responsibilities:

• Follow up sales order, quotation and sample arrangement
• Work closely with teams (Production, finance, design and marketing) to ensure product quality, costing, production and delivery issues
• Maintain good relationships with vendors and customers to understand what they need, what is new and popular in their market, product preferences, price, promotion issues, etc
• Explore new potential customers and market
• Explore new sales channels and expand the current sales network
• Plan warehouses for efficiency in both operations and capacity
• Execute logistics plan to move products and packages to reach destinations on schedule, including to organise logistics method and transportation activities
• Coordinate and track movement of goods through logistic pathways
• Communicate with Mainland factories to ensure product delivery on time
• Responsible for secondary packaging activities and maintain the quality of products
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Self-motivated
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong time management and organization skills
• Able to work independently and to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• 1-2 years of experiences in logistics is preferred
• Based in Hong Kong office, willing to travel to Chinese Mainland (After the Wuhan coronavirus condition has improved and recovered)
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, Office & Chinese Word Processing
• Proficiency in verbal and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Degree / Higher Diploma holder in related disciplines
