Duties:
1 To develop a standard system of correspondence within the sales office.
2 To set up a proper filing system.
3 To reply to mail, take action and distribute as appropriate.
4 To develop a system to register all dates according to the business plan for:
- Business segment mix.
- Sales channel mix.
- Corporate accounts.
- Travel agents.
- Tour operators.
- Global distribution systems.
5 To participate and follow up on the regional sales and marketing meetings.
6 To interact and coordinate activities with other departments related to sales and marketing.
7 To assist the Sales and General Managers to develop and implement sales and marketing activities.
8 To assist fellow employees to perform similar or related jobs as and when necessary.
