Eaton’s Vehicle Group provides automotive and commercial vehicle manufacturers worldwide with products and systems that are designed to lessen the impact of vehicle emissions on the environment and improve fuel economy. We are looking for a Sales Coordinator Southern Europe (m/f) to join our team at Eaton's Vehicle Group. Job Summary The Sales Coordinator will report directly to the Market Intelligence and Commercial Excellence Manager He / She will be responsible to prepare, store and analyze all commercial documents that are typical of the automotive business (quotations, contracts, price information) and operate on customer portals and use Eaton systems. He / She will be responsible to manage Sales business analysis and update internal reporting. The position will work closely with the VG EMEA Sales Team Prices by product line and customer, contractual terms and conditions and other Sales indexes will be a part of her/his job. Job Responsibilities Supports the Sales Team in the preparation of quotations and the approval process Is responsible for the management and analysis of Purchase Orders, contracts and commercial documents including price information Develops customized reports for Sales Managers, prepares analysis of sales and pricing data, interpretation of standardized metrics Manages customer portals, including access management of Eaton users, managing documents and processes on customer portals, distribution of relevant documents internally Provides input into the description and qualification of growth opportunities for new products, using the CRM tool Supports the Sales Team with pipeline tracking and analysis, using the CRM tool Assists Sales Managers with other commercial activities including prototype offers, new customer setup, DSO management, and logistics activities Supports Sales Managers with the annual Profit Planning and Strategic Planning processes (program volumes, price information, analysis of revenues). Qualifications Qualifications Education level required: Bachelor Degree; Master Degree is preferred. Years and area of experience required: Fluent in English, Italian and French language Minimum experience: 1-3 years’ experience. Technical Knowledge: Experience in Marketing and Sales Knowledge of Eaton products (internal candidates), experience in automotive industry (external candidates) is preferred Solid Microsoft Office skills required; experience with CRM software is a plus. Soft skills: A result oriented and highly adaptable person who is a supportive team player in a corporate environment Self-motivated and a strong desire to achieve results Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work in a cross-functional team Able to manage multiple tasks across the EMEA region.
