Position Description:
This Sales Data Analyst position will support the SMB and Inside Sales Team in
the North America geography. This position reports into NA sales operations
organization but is strongly aligned to the Sales team. The ideal candidate
will be able to maintain, simplify and present data in usable forms for Sales,
Finance and Marketing stakeholders. We’re looking for candidates who are
highly analytical, positive and motivated with solid communication skills.
What You'll Do:
• Work closely with Sales Management team to understand and maintain focus on
their analytical needs, including identifying critical metrics and KPIs, and
deliver actionable insights to relevant decision-makers
• Manage delivery of timely, accurate BMS measurement reporting
• Interface with teams on topics of order load, quota analysis, quota
deployment, attainment, tracks, pipeline, quarterly revenue commitments
• Manage account assignments and territory structure in MS Dynamics
• Perform analysis around historical trends for future predictions
• Create and maintain rich interactive visualizations through data
interpretation and analysis leveraging Qlik and Excel as the primary reporting
tools from multiple data sources
• Profile and analyze trends in customer segments and key sales territories
• Model key metrics and provide recommendations to sales leaders
• Control supporting material for internal communication (i.e. Quarterly
Business Reviews, Deep Dives, etc.)
• Drive reporting for Inside team to align to programs, contests and regular
requirements

#### Position Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Project management skills.
• Demonstrated financial acumen, systems knowledge, and overall business
insight.
• Superior analytical, problem solving and strategic abilities.
• Superior Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Experience with MS Dynamics, Qlik, SQL, Brio or Hyperion would be
advantageous.
• Superior communications skills, both verbal and written, as well as refined
presentation skills with the ability to present to a leadership team on a
weekly basis.
• Team player attitude with the ability to work proactively & autonomously.
