Job Description

1, with leadership and team management skills, to lead the team to develop venture capital, private equity, mergers and acquisitions and other aspects of the business;
2, plays in all stages of the investment leadership role, concrete work, including sourcing and negotiation; deal structuring, financial analysis, due diligence, valuation and return analysis;
3, responsible for project execution, including sourcing, process, project control, manpower cost control;
4, the investment banking business (private financing, mergers and acquisitions and financial advisers listed, etc.) customers to develop and maintain customer relationships;
5, project team management and training.

Qualifications:
1, finance, economy-related professional master degree or above;
More than 2,5 years in private equity, investment banking, financial analysis experience in related industries; senior positions over three years of work experience;
3, familiar with international and domestic financial policies, regulations and related industrial policies; government, related industries and investment institutions, investment intermediaries have a wide network of resources;
4, has a good channel, coordination, careful thought, like challenging work;
5, the English level of six or more.
