Job Description
Responsibilities
1. Define sales and marketing strategy to promote Company’s products, and assure it supports Company short-term and long-term business strategy ;
2. Develop sales tools and sales plan to accomplish the sales target;
3. Develop account management plan to maintain existing accounts;
4. Lead the sales team to execute sales plan and account management plan;
5. Persistently identify sales leads and frequently visit clients;
6. Supervise the sales team’s performance and coach their skills and knowledge;
7. Keep top-level relations with each account and lead the top-level negotiations of sales agreements;
8. Act as the focal point to ensure clients’ satisfaction of purchases and resolve concerns;
9. Prepare regular sales report to GM Asia Pacific.


Requirements
1.University education degree with relevant science / engineering discipline;
2. More than 10 years’ experience in industrial equipment sales function, at least 5 years in team management role successfully ;
3. Hand-on experience in approaching large account and possess a proven track record of developing and effectively implementing sales strategy, business concepts, sales plans, forecasts, budgets and ultimately sales results;
4. Integrity, mature, tactful and independent;
5. Good command of English.
