Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Develops strategic plan by studying technological and financial opportunities; presenting
assumptions; recommending objectives.
- Coordinates activities that affect operational decisions and business requirements
- Coordinates efforts by establishing procurement, production, marketing, field, and technical
services policies and practices; coordinating actions with corporate staff.
- Work closely with financial and sales department to help serve customer and company needs in
the most profitable way. A good example here is working directly with sales people for
improving their sales associate skills and competencies.
- Accomplishes subsidiary objectives by establishing plans, budgets, and results measurements;
allocating resources; reviewing progress; making mid-course corrections.
- Coordinates efforts by establishing procurement, production, marketing, field, and technical
services policies and practices; coordinating actions with corporate staff.
- Builds company image by collaborating with customers, government, community organizations,
and employees; enforcing ethical business practices.
- Providing a leadership support function to teams and motivating staff to achieve production
goals.
- Manages the growth and success of the team, has enough knowledge to manage foreign
employees.
- Increases management's effectiveness by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, coaching,
counseling, and disciplining managers; communicating values, strategies, and objectives;
assigning accountabilities; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; developing
incentives; developing a climate for offering information and opinions; providing educational
opportunities.
- Propose and lead the new product launch ideas and serves as project manager to engage different
functional teams such as Purchasing, Production and commercial.
- Identify and track industry trends, feedback to the management team on the latest development of
products.
- Review financial statements and data. Utilize financial data to improve profitability. Plan effective strategies
for the financial well being of the company.
- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing
professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices;
participating in professional societies.
- Train the team about the netsuit system, ensure the system is well utilized, maintain the system.
- Having sense on minimizing cost/optimize profit.
- Liaison with top management. Assist in the development of strategic plans for operational activity. Implement
and manage operational plans.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Job Requirements
- Minimun Master Degree in Management(Oversea’s study, MBA degree is preferred)
- Overseas background appreciated
- Minimun 5 years’ experience in Marketing in a multi-national environment;
- Experience marketing generalist and a successful record as a contributor in a business partner role delivering
business priorities

 IT – keeping up to date with IT systems in the workplace while having an understanding of emerging
technologies.

and company goals are met.
 Initiative – The ability to work alone and take a lead when hurdles arise or when tasks require
completion.

everyone to follow.
 Problem Solving – adapting to the ever changing environment and reacting quickly to meet challenges.
 Handling Pressure: The business world is often competitive and high pressure, so an effective manager handles
that pressure and thrives in a high stakes environment.
