• Responsible for building up a Marketing and Account Management team, lead and oversee their work.
• Establish performance goals for marketing staff, and monitor their performance on a continual basis.
• Analyze sales statistics to determine business growth potentials.
• Develop Strategic Marketing Plan in conjunction with senior staff of the Company. .
• Develop new accounts with primarily international schools in China.
• Maintain relationships with all the customers of Company and responsible for general CRM.
• Develop and maintain a strong network of key opinion leaders and agents.
• Responsible for managing sales budget.
• Collaborate closely with the curriculum development teams on the development of new products and services for our clients.
• Update the Company on changing trends.
