STC is seeking a high caliber motivated individual for our growing commercial catering and cold room team.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead a sales team to promote our commercial catering, cold room and pathology products.
• Develop short and long-term sales strategies that align with company objectives.
• Source and select potential contractors for facilities installation and maintenance.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with our suppliers and the HKSAR Hospital Authority, Private healthcare sectors and commercial catering and cold room sectors.
• Work collaboratively with the Project Team and foster a culture of quality service and product provided to our clients.

Education / experience requirements:

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in selling commercial catering and cold room equipment and in a management role.
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services or Business Management related.
• Familiar with Government and Private tender procedures.
• Solid track records in running engineering projects.
• Fluent communication in Chinese and English.
