We are looking for a Sales Director of Export for the area of APAC except China to be responsible for driving the sales growth. This role will be based at our office in Shanghai.

ROLE SUMMARY
You will lead a team of 4 dedicated Sales Managers, each responsible have their own specific geographical areas.
Furthermore, you will work closely together with Marketing, VM, Sales Operation and Customer Service etc. You will
report directly to our GM.
As Sales Director, you will develop, plan, implement and manage all sales activities in APAC area resulting in
optimized sales and profits consistent with annual sales budgets and supporting short term and long run objectives.
You will lead the efforts of opportunity pipeline, relationship management, program execution to optimize market
share growth.
More specifically, your tasks will include:
1. Understand the market, identify the business opportunities, work out the strategy and execution plan to penetrate
the market.
2. Setting the sales strategy, by mapping where the company wants to be in the future in relation to sales and how it
will get there.
3. Manage the business of HAY sales in APAC to achieve business objectives and assigned targets in sales revenue,
gross profit, team goals and other KPIs.
4. Lead the HAY sales team to create a team environment with clear objectives and expectations.
5. Supervise and support team members’ development by providing training and coaching.
6. Manage other duties may be assigned as reasonably directed by GM
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
? Bachelor Degree or above
? Extensive experience of Sales, Marketing or business development experience with a proven track record of
success, minimum 5 years of managing work.
? Ability to maintain and build effective business relationships with customers, management staff and co-workers.
? Solid sales aptitude and the demonstrated ability to increase profits and market share.
? Cross-country operation experience in furniture industry is a must.
? Strong cross-functional skills to effectively work with multiple colleagues, manage conflict, and achieve desired
results.
? Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
? Significant travel within assigned sales territory, up to 60%, willing to work flexible schedule
