Reporting to the VP of Sales, Asia, you are responsible to assist the VP of Sales, Asia on all sales activities at Greater China Region. You will work closely with Asia senior management teams and be the key person to developing and implementing company objectives in Greater China Region.

• Recognized 4 year University Degree in business, marketing or related discipline.

• Electronics or other Engineering discipline is a plus.

• Minimum 10 years’ of sales experience in the electronic component industry which 5 years at senior level in well-established companies at Greater China Region with documented results.

• Must have strong and solid sales background on electronic component field.

• Experience in the passive component / interconnect industry is a plus.

• Possess strong communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.

• Must be customer oriented, goal driven and self-motivated.

• Must have particular aptitude to work in complex and metrics driven environment, and in making senior level management presentations.

• Must have high level of Word, Excel and PowerPoint Skill, including experience in presenting business to top level management

• Fluency in both spoken and written English

• Travel is necessary
