To find out more about us check: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=baa_aiJ4L7E As a Sales Enablement Administrator, you will play an integral part in our Sales Operations and Enablement Team supporting sales organization as well as marketing teams. You will support the Sales Enablement team with administrative tasks as primary funcion. It's about keeping the BTC platform working properly for users and team working with it - being the admin point of contact in case solving daily issues. In this role you will be administrating both: SalesHub (content platform) & SalesCoach (Learning platform) to make it easy and working properly for sellers. You will be working closely with BigTinCan Lead at Eaton supporting daily platforms functionalities, maintain relationship with IT department, superusers and end-users. You will be responsible for updating processes, building the ones dedicated to reporting tasks and issues fixed back to the business. You will also be supporting Eaton's BTC Lead with the country deployment, handling administrative part of course creation in Percolate and uploading to SalesCoach, testing new features, and leading the courses translation process. Your main responsibilities: Sales Hub – content platform User administration & maintenance (new, expired) Content management – reporting, issues, resolutions on missing content Percolate content lead for non-Percolate users (proxy for content creators) – Sales Enablement Content & SalesHub Content Percolate/SalesHub connector mappings & updates Platform architecture management (connector, taxonomy) Maintaining SRs and reporting issues with IT Platform Admin role (shared with BTC Lead) Sales Coach – learning platform Maintaining and administrating training content Courses loading & course creation, New content pre-release testing, Leading courses translation process Platform Admin role (shared with BTC Lead) Others: Keep the process pages up to date Weekly reporting on BTC fixes, issues, status - support Country deployments - support Sales Enablement Platforms onboarding – support Playing an active role in Sales Enablement initiatives #LI-ID1 Qualifications Your essential skills we are looking for: Bachelor’s degree 3+ years’ experience working in an administration or planning role Experience with Sales Enablement tools - beneficial. Worked within an international companies & teams. Logical thinking and easy working with tools Understanding & analyzing data Good written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in MS Office applications, primarily Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with web sessions tools (e.g. MS Teams). Ability to effectively manage personal action plans, tasks and timelines to meet deadlines. Hunger of knowledge. Have a courage learning and facing new challenges. Open-minded personality - looking for best solutions for end-users.
