Job Description
Job Summary Support the Sales Enablement team with day-to-day activities including but not limited to performance metrics monitoring, systems and tools data maintenance, digital tools assignment and LMS ad hoc requests. Job Responsibilities Organize and maintain Sales Enablement internal data associated with the team's performance and metrics Monitor the Sales Enablement mailbox and assist with issue resolution Support the on boarding process, obtain and maintain employee data and update courses information as needed Offer troubleshooting assistance for Eaton University course loading as well as other learning tools Obtain, analyze and report on usage data of digital tools Manage digital tools licenses requests (Sales Hub LinkedIn Sales Navigator, LinkedIn Learning, etc.). #LI-MA1 Qualifications Qualifications Preferred education level: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics, or equivalent work experience. Years and area of experience required: 3 years of experience in sales, service support, or sales administrative support. Technical knowledge: Advanced level of computer knowledge in applicable software packages, Microsoft Office, Power BI desired. Soft skills: Able to handle a variety of tasks simultaneously and prioritize work effectively Acute attention to detail.
