Job Description

ABOUT YOUR ROLE 

This person plays a key role in furthering the strategic selling and analytic capabilities of our Greater China Commercial Sales Team. He/she will drive our Greater China Account Management process, including strategic and financial planning efforts, business intelligence and ad hoc reporting needs. As the primary resource for leading strategy development and execution, he/she will be responsible for all activities related to strategic planning and alignment, development and deployment of performance metrics and managing review processes. Acting as a change agent, he/she will be the process and subject matter expert responsible for driving continuous improvement and support for the Greater China Account Management process. The successful candidate will combine a solid understanding of world class sales processes and product positioning to help our Greater China Commercial Sales Team drive value and revenue.

 

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE :

1) Lead the development tools, processes and strategies for the Greater China Commercial Sales Team.
2) Key member of CRM projects, ensure the CRM meets the business needs and processes, deliver end-user training and drive adoption.
3) Collaborate with other functions, including Innovation and Market Development, CPD, Supply Chain and Customer Service to ensure alignment for Greater China execution across the organization.
4) Serve as an internal consultant, facilitator and educator on strategic thinking and understanding business analytics and metrics.
5) Analyze and report on strategic sales initiatives, project status, account plans and ongoing overall progress using data visualization tools - i.e. QlikView.
6) Collaborate with peers and other functional teams to develop and deliver sales training curriculum (both virtual and in-person) and measure the effect on the business.
7) Discover and document sales organization development needs, and create and recommend sales process improvements to further develop the RBIS Greater China Account Management process.

 

Qualifications

WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU:

Qualification:
-Bachelor degree;
-At least 5 years experience in sales;
-Good command of oral and written English;
-Practical knowledge in common computer software, such as Windows, Words, Excel.

- Good communication and presentation skills – verbal and written;
- Strategic thinking with a creative and open mindset
- Flexibility
- Can work under pressure

Bachelor Degree above
