Job Description
Position Description:
• Management of CRM (L1) helpdesk team
• Management of SFDC helpdesk, including SFDC developers, sales coms,
education, change management of users request for SFDC EMEA instance & support
of BPs
• Help to improve speed/efficiency of sales teams in EMEA
•  Continue Off-loading sales teams from OQC relates tasks
•  Manages daily activities of the operational sales help desks function
• Oversees workflow of all business processing including preparation of
reports, charts, and other statistics to support sales
• Handle / resolve complex customer requests or complaints
• Develops / implements process changes
• Support sales systems releases by running UATs on behalf of Reps, helping
with Ramps, Building & sharing expertise, Providing feedback for further
improvements
• Running efficiency projects & people development projects
• Participation/leadership of sales support related projects
• Participation/leadership of sales enablement related projects

Position Requirements:
• Proven track record in similar role
• Strong communications skills and ability to work cross-departments
• Data driven and comfortable with financial aspects of business
• Able to take E2E view of the business
• Strong record of developing talents and keen people focus
• Proven driver of change & able to challenging the status quo
• Good local network & product & finance experience would be advantageous

Base gross monthly salary from 2100 EUR, depending on experience + variable
part
