As part of the Enablement team, this role provides the tools, resources, and training to the sales team in order to improve efficiency and success. You are required to interact heavily with the sales team to determine what gaps in available resources exist, the marketing team to ensure strategies are aligned with the company vision, and the operations team to provide the necessary tools and services for the sales team.
1. Leads the creation and deployment of appropriate training, content/sales messaging, processes, practices, forms, and tools to support the sales force
2. Responsible for aspects of foundational and continuous learning programs for sales, including but not limited to training content creation, scheduling and coordination, creation and deployment or delivery of on-demand courseware, and instructor-led sales training
3. Supports the buying and selling processes at all stages, from lead generation through win/loss
4. Manages various sales enablement projects and coordinates sales enablement activities

1. Ability to collaborate with many different teams and personalities
2. Highly organized, and skilled at project management
3. Extensive knowledge of sales enablement technologies, processes, and best practices
4. Direct experience in Sales Enablement and/or Sales Training required. Past experience selling 2B solutions and/or managing 2B sales teams preferred
5. Self-motivated; highly driven to produce results
