We are seeking to expand our team of world-class marketing and sales
professionals in Monterrey, Mexico for our Data Center Group.  If you are

We are currently looking for a skilled Marketing Program Manager to develop,
publish, and maintain high-quality sales support and technical marketing
deliverables for WW Data Center Group focused on external use for Lenovo DCG
products and solutions.

What You'll Be Doing:
• Conducting research, developing the content and managing the publication and
update process.
• Establishing and maintaining collaboration with product management,
marketing, and development teams.
• Understanding and utilization of internal systems and documentation,
including: ELOIS, PLM, disclosures, IALs, BOM reports, and configuration
rules.
• Supporting WW DCG product launches.
• Supporting WW DCG block and async releases.
• Establishing and tracking key performance indicators:
• Annual growth in Lenovo Press usage (measured as the number of document
views and downloads).
• Customer satisfaction (average document rating based on the feedback
submitted).
• Gathering feedback and identify areas of improvement.
• Using highly customized and integrated CMS for producing deliverables in the
efficient manner within resource constraints.
• Suggesting feature improvement for CMS for higher efficiency.
• Tracking key IT industry trends and learn new products and technologies.
• Applying extensive technical and business knowledge to make informed
decisions on the information development projects.
• Analyzing field requirements, performing feasibility analysis, identifying
stakeholders, defining the scope, developing a plan and tracking milestones
for the information development projects.

Extensive knowledge of data center technologies, architectures, solutions, and
associated industry standards, including servers, storage, networking, and
software are vital to this role. You will serve as a technical Subject Matter
Expert and consultant on datacenter IT infrastructure within the Lenovo DCG
Product Line:

  • Single- and dual-socket rack-mount servers (Intel-based), Storage, Storage
networking, Networking
  • VMware vSAN appliances and certified nodes (ThinkAgile VX).
  • Nutanix appliances and certified nodes (ThinkAgile HX).
  • Microsoft Azure Stack HCI integrated solutions and certified nodes
(ThinkAgile SXM and MX)
 • Composable private cloud (ThinkAgile CP).

#### Position Requirements:


\- 5+ years of Marketing experience
• Self motivated with out of the box thinking.
• Strong technical writing and power-point skills to create the Lenovo press
deliverables.
• Executive presentation skills.
• Bilingual language skill including English proficiency (our global business
language).

Preferred skills:
• Deep technical & engineering acumen and 5+ yrs experience and understanding
of data center products (server, storage, networking, solutions).
• Project management experiences preferred.
