Principal Accountabilities:
1. Establish, and maintain strong contacts with existing and new customers/OEMs in order to foster good working relationships and promote business opportunities
2. Participate and monitor sales forecast budget
3. Identify new opportunities
4. Report on competitive activities
5. Create customer perception excellence
6. Make use of the whole organization to create value in customers eyes
7. Penetration of new products in Semiconductor

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
1. Technical degree in one of the following subjects: Chemistry, Physics, Mechanical Engineering, Microelectronics or significant experience in the semiconductor industry
2. Sales and negotiation skills
3. Good commercial and technical competence in order to command customer respect
4. High motivation to win business and high sensitivity to customer needs
5. Knowledge of OEM process equipment and their requirements for vacuum, exhaust gas management, chemical and others technologies
6. High level of initiative in problem solving with the customer and post sale support within Edwards
7. Experience of making products presentations
8. Self-motivation and ability to work under pressure
9. Good interpersonal skills, both on an individual and team basis
10. Good computer skills
11. Good Korean speaking is preferred in additional
