• Improve customer service to achieve the target of customer satisfaction
• Quotation: Cooperate with technical department to seek best technical solution. Provide competitive price and lead time
• Order: Process order in time. Arrange reasonable lead time according to customers’ requirement and factory capacity. Confirm lift specification, order price and lead time to customer. Fill order information into SAP. Follow up clarification until it is closed
• Implement actions to meet annual VFO target
• Arrange customer visit
• Comply with safety policy and operation rules strictly

Mobility needs you

• Bachelor degree or above. Working background in elevator industry is preferred
• Good command of written English and oral English
• With good communication and negotiation skills
• Excellent customer service and customer orientation
• Familiar with office software
