Job Description
MAIN FUNCTIONS • Increase sales by growing actual customers and generating new ones. • Work with all company areas to provide excellent service to customers. • Generate meaningful relations with customers, distributors and industry key players. • Work with Sales and Marketing Teams to generate Regional Sales strategy. Key Functions: Increase sales by growing actual customers and generating new ones Contact potential customers through telemarketing and direct sales calls. Identify customer needs and present solutions to support needs and supply value. Prepare and present value proposals to customers (Technical and commercial). Manage and improve competitive intelligence on bid and non-bid quotes. Understand and be proficient in selling Eaton B Line Series entire portfolio of products. Understand and be proficient in selling the value of a new prospect to Eaton B Line Series sales, operations and pricing management. Be knowledgeable of what Eaton B Line Series is looking for in a new account. Manage systems training, documentation, reporting and sales onboarding process. Attend Sales training programs and utilize sales tools and reporting processes, suggest enhancements where appropriate. Proficiency in handling of tests and standards on products and installation. Use electrical plans for advice, specify and quote of special products of clients focused on BLINE products. Develop and expand sales structure (processes, supervision) Provide coaching and mentoring to the regional distributor’s salesman, play leadership role on sales training development and delivery sales results. Ensure quality of customer account plans and adherence to sales process, including CRM Tool reporting. Ensuring that all commercial activities meet or improve on budget, cost, volume and efficiency targets (Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)) in line with business objectives. Achieve the specification of the BLINE brand in new projects and integrators, maintenance and repair services to all customers of government institutions and distributors, through technical support and advice on features, application, use, quality, warranty and customer service. Work with all company areas to provide excellent service to customers Timely comply with the policies and procedures established in the SASCCA (Safety, Quality and Environmental Control Management System), to conduct ethical and honest business with our direct customers and distributors to ensure the relationship. Prepare quotes, receive, record and codify orders from distributors and engineering firms. Communicate sales activities to Operations and Customer Service Team and work together to address customer service issues. Work with internal departments to ensure that customer needs are met and that customer requirements are fully communicated throughout the business. Close relationship with different B Line plants in the USA and Mexico. Generate meaningful relations with customers, vendors and industry key players Conduct on-going follow-up to continually develop greater value, communicate new opportunities and to build professional relationships which will enable our customers and their businesses to be more successful. Representing the company externally e.g. at networking events, conferences and exhibitions to enhance and strengthen the company’s profile and optimize all business development opportunities. Generate Sales strategy Conduct marketing research to identify new business opportunities. Work with Sales Marketing team to determine Eaton B Line Series Selling Strategy. Planning and executing of both short and long-term revenue deriving strategies of the organization. Reviewing existing products, services and markets. Report Eaton BLINE Series quotes and opportunities vs local competitors. Qualifications Basic requirements: 4-6 years of experience in sales. Bachelor’s in engineering. Experience in static mechanics design focused on loads or cable tray design. (Desirable). Work: Positions, companies: Electrical or Industrial KAM or Field Sales. Industries: Electrical material, O&G, Mining. Fluent in English Valid US Visa and passport. Able to travel 50% of the time Position Success Critera: Integrity. Interaction at all levels of an organization (internal & external). From Owner/Director to warehouse supervisor. Self-motivated (proven track record: studies/trips/jobs/relations/growth record). Ability to lead and create team. Motivate and get results. Sales capabilities (Value vs Price, long sell process, frustration mgmt., from “Door opener” to “Deal closer”, capable of converting customer needs into a business proposal).
