Principal Accountabilities:
Develop and maintain customers in the Non-semi (industry and scientific) and Semi OEM market segments.
Work closely with product marketing organization to meet customers needs and offer high value solutions
Develop new business to ensure growth in the assigned accounts.
Follow up the company strategy to meet sales target/budget
Manage opportunity pipelines and update sales forecast
Make regular customer visits, be willing to travel > 50%
Report competitor activities and market information
Work with CSEs to make sure all the service activity is satisfied by customer
Make use of the whole organization to create value in customers eyes

11. Accomplish assignment from Manager.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in one of the following majors: Vacuum, Physics, Mechanical Engineering, or related.
5+ years'sales experience in the semiconductor or related industry. Vacuum product experience is preferred.
High motivation to win business and high sensitivity to customer needs.
Experience or capabilities in product presentations for customers.
Good communication skills and coordinating with potential and existing customers about upcoming events, problem solving, price negotiation, payment term, agreement.
Self-motivation and ability to work under pressure.
Keen interest in understanding the market and competition.
Good computer skills.
Good English language skill at speaking and writing
