Principal Accountabilities:
1.To develop and increase Edwards solar & LED business of South of China
2.Learn and Grow the solar business into a key organization for China
3.Win new business and achieve budgets
4.To contribute to the success of the Edwards sales strategy in China
5.Manage customer expectations in line with strategic plan
6.To contribute to the sales strategies and objectives for China
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
1. Preferred degree in one of the following subjects: Chemistry, Physics, Mechanical Engineering, Microelectronics or some experience in the vacuum industry
2. Process strong potential sales capabilities
3. Process ability to learn and understand customers needs
4. High motivation to win business and high sensitivity to customer needs
5. Good level of initiative in problem solving with the customer and post sale support within Edwards
6. Make products presentations to customers
7. Self-motivation and ability to work under pressure
8. Good interpersonal skills, both on an individual and team basis
9. Good computer skills
10. Good time management skills
11. Strong business understanding and good knowledge of competitors products and activities
12. At least 3 years sales experience
13. Solar & LED industry experience is preferred.
