職務內容：
- Responsible for management of direct customers & sales channel partners in designated region.
- Develop sales programs/strategies to achieve sales growth targets as established by the company.
- Achieve Target Growth Opportunities and Objectives as directed for Taiwan region through direct and distribution sales.
- Support activities towards the annual Sales plan which is formulated and coordinated with sales goals and objectives.
- Provide technical sales and marketing support to sales partners and customers.
- Provide sales and field service coverage at Key and Strategic accounts for global support.
- Assign leads to sales partners, coordinate lead follow-up and feedback to sales support at corporate.
- Develop and implement long term program strategies to penetrate and close targeted accounts.
- Develop OEM spec-in business in target accounts (Manufacturing Site in China, India and SEA)
- Initiate technical development projects for key engineering projects and coordinate these programs with Dymax Applications Engineering.
- Maintain consistent professional/and ethical behavior.
- Other duties assigned by Manager.
薪 資：
NTD / 年薪 1,300,000 ~ 1,600,000

需求條件：
- Bachelor degree is essential, Major in Chemical Science is preferred
- Technical & Sales background in Adhesive & Coatings
- 5+ selling experience in related market, electronics & semiconductor image sensor market will be preferred
- Experience in managing OEM, sub con and channel partners
- Good communication skills in Chinese and English, Oral and written
- Team work-orientated, willing to travel
