Main Responsibilities

• Pre-sales responsibility
• Understand the real needs of the customer
• Build up suitable product proposal for the specific customer
• Be the contact window of sampling and test result follow up
• Be the contact window to confirm the products and the SPEC for OEM customers
• In-sales responsibility
• Help to solve the technical problems from the channel partners
• Convey and confirm COA for each order from OEM customers
• After-sales responsibility
• Deal with / Follow up the quality complains
• Evaluate customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Bachelors’degree or above, majored in material science or related field
• At least 1 years' sales experience;
• Good oral and written English.
• Fluent in Microsoft software.
• Good communication skills.
• Domestic and international travel frequency (30-50%).
