Job Responsibilities 工作职责:
1.Know well the organization of the clients in purchase, engineering/development, quality … and the key people for each project
2.Maintain regular contacts with the customers' managerial and operational levels through regular sales calls/visits at customers
3.For each project : get the request for quotation and conduct making the quotation on time
4.Prepare the quotation with SGHSS’ departments (development, quality, production, logistics), help to prepare sales negotiations
5.Follow up the right execution of the sales contracts
6.Assist SGHSS teams (development, quality, production, logistics, sales administration …) to ensure that we meet the customers’ requests
7.Request needed training or corrective/preventive actions to ensure and improve quality
8.Market intelligence activities : collect data on customers and market (projects, specs, sales, production plans, competition, prices …)
9.Regular reporting of activities to Sr. KAM or regional KAM
10.VA/VE proposal follow-up
Job Requirements 工作要求:
1.Education学历::Bachelor degree in any field, engineering is an advantage
2.English proficiency : ability to understand business discussions in English or improve to achieve this level during the first year of hire
3.Good command of other language suited to customers’needs is an advantage
4.Computer skill 计算机技能:Microsoft Office soft wares (XL, Word, Power Point)
5.Work experience 工作经验:Minimum 3 years experience in B2B sales, marketing or logistics activity
6.Others to be specified 其他:Good human relationship skills
