Job Description
Responsibility:
- To maintain and establish C-Level contact/ relationship; Understand our Key customer’s business needs, processes and challenges so as to identify business opportunities
- To handle RFP, submit proposal and conduct presentations to prospect customers
- To formulate sales strategy and plans to increase account penetration, customer satisfaction and revenue growth
- To Identify opportunities for new business, expansion into untapped markets and communicate resource needs to address these opportunities to the Management
Requirements:
- Tertiary education in Business Administration, Information Technology or related fields
- At least 1-2 years’ experience in either IT solutions selling/ outsourcing contract or services selling
- Knowledge in IT service business and critical business process in either SME, or other commercial area
- Confident in account management and solutions selling to either SME, multi-national or large corporate customers
- Good problem solving, questioning and analytical skills with positive attitudes to generate needs to achieve business results
- Good communication, interpersonal, negotiation and proposal writing skills
- Good team player and able to work independently and under pressure
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
