Job Description
Sales Engineer - Distribution Location: Łódź, central Poland region In this function you will carry out the company sales policy by establishing and maintaining contacts with customers through the Distribution channel; identify customers’ expectations, assist them with orders and selecting appropriate products; provide technical support; collaborate with marketing department regarding promotional activities (i.e.: events, campaigns). Main challenges on this position are to: - keep contact and sales within defined EWS clients, - achieve defined targets and sales revenue, - involve in cash collection process and reduction of overdue receivables regarding defined clients, - implement ongoing marketing projects, - support OEM end customers and small panel builders by means of distribution channel (technical training programmes and presentations). Qualifications We invite you to apply if you have: bachelor/master’s degree of Technical University (electrical specialization) experience in electrical components sales experience in contacts with wholesalers, IT distributors or Resellers high level of competences like negotiation, drive for results, problem solving, demonstrating a collaborative style fluent Polish and communicative English skills active driving license - B category. As a member of our team, you can count on: Stable employment based on full-time employment contract. First contract – yearly duration. Next, if both parties agree, a contract for indefinite period.
