To find out more about us check: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=baa_aiJ4L7E Eaton’s Fire business has gone through a transformational process in the last 18 months with the release of the latest addressable panel (xDetect) and rounded Detection, Emergency Voice/Refuge alarm & Voice/Public Address solutions . xDetect specifically brings competitive benefits to installers by offering: Rapid installation and reduced cable requirements Simple and rapid commissioning via adaptable touchscreen interface Flexible configuration & modification via its modular card based internal structure Highest certifiable level of cybersecurity for IoT and BMS integration Increased Device capacity and Loop Power Networked options for larger installations Your main responsibilities: Build a business plan for short- and long-term sales success in the territory via Specialist Fire device resellers & System Integrators Execute that plan, networking with decision makers & influencers across System Integrators, reseller branch managers, sales staff & territory sales managers to execute and manage sales to achieve sales budgets Develop & maintain trusted, professional relationships establishing business/account understanding to identify sales growth opportunities Work collaboratively with network to engage installers/end users to increase demand and recurring revenue Build pipeline and sales resilience across target customer personas & market sectors managed via CRM Provide weekly account level forecast with progress updates to Sales Manager and Business Directors Engage Intrusion System Sales peers to leverage cross selling opportunities within the territory Use and embrace the digital sales enablement tools to maximise success Position Eaton as the authoritative, trusted, and leading Fire Detection/Alarm solution manufacturer in the industry Actively participate in MarCom activities locally and nationally in person and via social media Qualifications Your essential skills we are looking for: Proven sales performer in sector with ability to successfully negotiate and close sales- existing, transferable customer relationships would be advantageous Industry and product knowledge required, general electrical principles would be of benefit A team player, consultative, solution and detailed orientated What we offer to you: Competitive compensation and benefits package Permanent contract in a fast-growing global company Challenging projects in dynamic collaborative team We make ethics and culture matter – You will enjoy working in supportive and collaborative workplace where ethics and safety are in our DNA We make your perspectives matter - Different points of view are what drive innovation and collaboration, and at Eaton, innovation begins with top-to-bottom diversity.
