Responsibilities:
1. Grasp the market trends of automotive customers, maintain and enhance existing customer relationships to ensure normal order growth;
2. Manage customer relationships, establish smooth communication channels with customers, and create long-term, good and stable customer relationships;
3. Be responsible for collecting market and industry information, potential customer information, and establishing and improving customer data files;
4. Assist in organizing exhibitions, product promotion meetings and other promotional and marketing activities;
5. Follow up and implement the company's relevant sales policies, coordinate and handle related sales process issues and customer complaints, and follow up on sales collections.


Qualifications:
1. College degree or above, majoring in marketing or related fields, familiar with export business operation processes;
2. Japanese nationality, proficient in Japanese, with working experience in China, familiar with local customs and practices in Japan, and able to communicate with customers in business;
3. Possess basic English communication skills and have good experience in lean on-site improvement.
4. Be familiar with common office documents and possess a mindset of continuous learning as well as a humble and pragmatic spirit.
