Job Responsibilities:

Develop new clients using both internal channels and online platforms, based on company strategies.
Establish, develop, and maintain relationships with overseas clients.
Convert sales leads into orders and ensure high client satisfaction.
2. Market Information and Analysis:
Stay informed about market trends and effectively analyze customer needs.
Facilitate the conversion of products to meet customer requirements.
3. Sales Target Achievement:
Take responsibility for regional/client sales targets.
Break down sales plans and ensure their implementation.
Handle client orders and track order delivery to ensure timely completion.
4. Market Research and Strategy Development:
Collect and analyze market information to understand overseas demand and competitor status.
Develop and implement sales strategies.
5. Market Promotion Support:
Assist in company marketing activities to enhance brand influence.

Job Requirements:

1. Educational Background:
Bachelor's degree or higher.
Proficient in Japanese as a working language.
Preference for Japanese nationals or those with Japanese study experience.
2. Sales and Channel Development Skills:
Strong capabilities in developing major clients and channels.
Experience in ODM/OEM client development is preferred.
3. Personal Qualities:
Proactive, resilient, stress-resistant, reliable, and driven by a strong sense of belief.
