Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
-
Responsible for all selling
efforts to all levels of clients. -
Build and maintain
relationships with target customers and dealers. Complete customer call
reports, account plans and sales reports in a timely and accurate manner. -
Identify customer
expectations with regard to product performance, delivery times, service needs
& training and transfer / coordinate the relevant information with internal
departments in order to deliver optimal solutions to the market. - Continuously enter up-to-date information into the CRM database in order to provide a sound basis for activity planning.

Plan and deliver special
projects as requested by the company in order to address specific tactical
and/or strategic business needs. -
Supply information on
market share development, competitor’s activities, trends and market
developments in geographic region of responsibility to management and marketing. -
Coordinate and support
product installations and customer operational training in order to ensure
customer satisfaction.
REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION
- At least 3 years' working experience in selling similar industrial products.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electronics, Optics and related major.
- Good communication skills and team work spirit.
- Quick learning capability of technique.
- Distributor management experience is highly preferred.
- Good optical knowledge is a plus.
- Self-motivated and able to work under pressure and initiative in working independently.
