KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Responsible for all selling
    efforts to all levels of clients.
  • Build and maintain
    relationships with target customers and dealers. Complete customer call
    reports, account plans and sales reports in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Identify customer
    expectations with regard to product performance, delivery times, service needs
    & training and transfer / coordinate the relevant information with internal
    departments in order to deliver optimal solutions to the market.
  • Continuously enter up-to-date information into the CRM database in order to provide a sound basis for activity planning.
  • Plan and deliver special
    projects as requested by the company in order to address specific tactical
    and/or strategic business needs.
  • Supply information on
    market share development, competitor’s activities, trends and market
    developments in geographic region of responsibility to management and marketing.
  • Coordinate and support
    product installations and customer operational training in order to ensure
    customer satisfaction.


REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION


  • At least 3 years' working experience in selling similar industrial products.
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electronics, Optics and related major.
  • Good communication skills and team work spirit.
  • Quick learning capability of technique.
  • Distributor management experience is highly preferred.
  • Good optical knowledge is a plus.
  • Self-motivated and able to work under pressure and initiative in working independently.
