Principal Accountabilities:
To achieve the sales target of Marine business under the Marine China sales strategy and guidelines and the segment (New Building/Maintenance & Repair) operational plans.
1. To execute and monitor the sales plan, budget, KPIs and action plan in such a way that the forecasted sales are achieved.
2. To develop business in specific market segments (New Building/ Maintenance & Repair) according to guideline set in the sales plan.
3. To maintain and develop contacts with current and potential customers, agents and influential organizations in the Marine New Building/ Maintenance & Repair business.
4. To cooperate with Field Technical Service to deal with complaints and claims arising from customers.
5. To effectively manage receivables and customer risk in line with guidelines and budget.
Requires:
1. Level of education: College degree (chemical or commercial background)
2. Level of experience: Minimum 3 years’ relevant sales, technical or marine industry experience
3. Level of language: Native mandarin and fluent English.
4. Level of computer skill: Be familiar with personal computer operational skills (MS office, Email...)
