Job Description

一、 岗位职责( Job Responsibility )

1、依据集团销售战略维持现有客户,并发展新客户。Key account management and new business development.

2、协助制订年度销售预算计划,负责销售指标,毛利率的达成,关注应收帐款的状态。Assist to sales budget and achieving targets, including but not restricted to turnover, prime margin and AR.

3、负责国内及海外项目的谈判,重要客户的拜访。Responsible for business negotiation and the key customers visits.

4、分析市场趋势,汇集及报告客户运作及竞争动手的动向。Market trends analysis, collecting and reporting customer operations and competitor’s activities.

5、与其他部门保持良好沟通,及时传递客户要求,投诉及其他信息至相关部门,共同制定解决方案。Cooperation with other Departments to meet customer requirements, solving customer complain.

6、上级指派的其他工作。Other assigned work.


二、基本素质要求 ( Basic Quality Requirement )

1、本科以上学历。Bachelor degree or above

2、2年以上汽车零部件行业B2B销售经验。2+ years B2B sales experiences in automotive components industry.

3、英语听、说、读、写流利,沟通无碍。 fluent English skills(listen/ spoken/ reading/ writing) both in working and daily life.

4、能熟练使用办公软件。Good computer skills.

5、主动开拓业务的工作习惯。 proactive working style.

6、熟悉东南亚汽车后视镜零件市场的优先。 experience with Asian country automotive ext. Mirror business preferred.
