Dextra Pacific Plumbing Ltd. is looking for its Sales Engineer based in Hong Kong.

Reporting to the Product Manager and based at our office located in Wan Chai area, your main responsibility will be promoting and selling the company’s products to existing and potential clients and contribute strongly to achieve the planned sales target.

 Responsibilities:

• Assist General Manager to explore and develop new customer base, for example, government bodies, developers, architects, contractors, consultants, property management companies etc.
• Assist General Manager to achieve the company’s sales targets set by the company.
• Assist General Manager in all aspects of sales activities, including product promotion, project co-ordination, quotation preparation, sample development follow up, customer and site visits and payment follow up etc.
• Handle all kinds of customer enquiries and provide quality pre-sales and post-sales services and technical support to customers.
• Report customer complaints in all aspects of quality/process/product issues and help product manager to provide prompt and appropriate response.
• Handle outstanding invoice collections.
• Others.  Responsible for all non-routine works assigned by the employee’s supervisor.

Requirements/qualifications:

• Higher Diploma/ Degree holder or above, Degree in Mechanical, Civil Engineer, Building Service or Environmental Engineer is preferred for Sales Engineer role
• 1-2 years' relevant experience is highly preferred, Candidate with 1-2 years' sales and marketing experience in building products without engineering background will consider as Sales Executive
• Proficient in Microsoft office, AutoCAD is a plus
• Independent, proactive, hard-driving for result forward-looking.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.
• Excellent customer services skill.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
