You will be responsible for maintaining and driving Sales Excellence, with the development of best in class CRM processes and tools to support the GB&I Healthineers organisation You will work extensively with the Siemens Healthineers Sales Teams as well as with many of the internal Business Areas, Business Lines and Central Functions in GBI as well as the Healthineers Leadership Team to ensure delivery of data driven value adding insight, analytics and tools as well as drive through improvement initiatives, training and best practice sharing throughout the organisation. Responsibilities: Holding the Lead CRM role for the organisation, responsible for the proper implementation and the development of CRM activities such as data quality, funnel management, pricing excellence, market transparency and customer analysis. Develop and drive the CRM strategy and infrastructure for the Healthineers GBI organisation. Ensure effect support is always provided to the various sales teams through local ownership of the internally developed CRM system. Continually provide best in class information and analysis to the organisation, including the Senior Management Team, through understanding the business needs and developing tools and reporting accordingly. Strive to support the business in making data driven decisions. To represent the GBI Zone to Regional and HQ teams to drive Sales Excellence/ CRM initiatives, suggest improvements and roll-out globally led updates, initiatives and new tools. To optimise, improve and align sales processes and share best practices in alignment with the HLT business needs. To embrace and drive digitalization within the Sales Excellence function. Skills & Experience: Significant experience in CRM or Commercial functions Ability to develop drive initiatives at both a strategic and executional level Experience working with cross-functional teams in a Global organisation Experience of the Healthcare Market (preferable) Strong quantitative analytical ability Exceptional Communication skills and ability to effectively deliver change Proactive and self-led Being part of our team: Siemens Healthineers is a leading medical technology company with a 170-year legacy of first-to-market technologies and product innovations.
