The Microsoft Advertising Field Search Sales team empowers the largest advertisers around the world to reach their maximum potential through paid search engine marketing (SEM) on the Microsoft Bing platform. We are seeking a top performing Sales Excellence Manager to drive our strategic focus on sales excellence in our French market as a competitive differentiator and driver of growth.
Responsibilities
- Implementation of the defined sales, service and marketing model and organizational blueprint for our Search business within your assigned markets, optimizing for customer experience and financial performance
- Refinement and evolution of our Customer and Partner segmentation based on business priorities
- Leadership and ongoing management of the incentive compensation and quota management activities for your markets
- Contribute to the business planning rhythm including preparation for, and participation in, the Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Rhythm-of-the-Business (RoB) activities; as assigned by your manager
- Leverage and develop reporting capabilities which enable visibility into revenue, forecast and attainment for sellers, sales managers and sales leaders
- Develop and maintain strong relationships and influence with Sales Managers in the FR and European sales teams
- Drive consistency and excellence in how the Strategic sales team in the FR market sell - including account planning, account teaming, roles and responsibilities. Share best practices across markets/regions and wider Search business
- Ensure the FR sales team leverage the common processes and tools developed for the wider Search business. Own consolidated input from your market into the feedback loop for the European Field Sales team – which will be fed to partner teams on tools and training requirements
