Position Overview

JOB PURPOSE
To promote our Companys products through tele-service to satisfy customers needs and contribute to the achievement of the Companys sales and revenue target.

JOBSCOPE
1. To handle customers enquiries promptly, accurately and professionally
2. To promote, up-sell our Companys products
3. To retain customers through inbound and outbound call
4. To maximize sales opportunity for each call handled for the achievement of the preset sales target

REQUIREMENTS

1-3 years' experience in sales of fast moving goods or services; call center or telesales experience will be an advantage

Good telephone manners and experience in handling customers

Aggressive achiever with strong communications, presentation and interpersonal skills to meet set target

Highly motivated with a sense of commitment in providing quality service to customers

Good command of English and Mandarin, any other dialects will be a plus.
