Responsibilities

• Responsible for sales and marketing of web store and other online platforms.
• Carry out marketing research and data analysis.
• Establish and implement sales and marketing activities, i.e. open day, events and exhibitions.
• Evaluating customer research, market conditions and competitor data. 
• Well-structured in product descriptions and promotional activities in different media/sales channels such as Facebook, Instagram, Wechat & WhatsApp etc.) for driving online sales in various markets.
• Develop and maintain excellent relationship with customers.
• Manage all online activities in relation to jewelry products, sales, conversion and reporting
• Handle and follow up online customer service.

 Requirement: 

• DSE or above  
• 1-2 years sales experience;
• Good business sense,
• Experience in jewelry industry will be an advantage 
• Highly motivated, aggressive and sales driven 
• Good command in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin 

**Fresh Graduates will also be considered**
