REPORTS TO: Deputy General Manager – S&M
BLN Restaurants & Caterings is an ever-growing renowned hospitality enterprise as well as one of the most successful up-scale restaurant operators in Asia, managing Paulaner Bräuhaus Shanghai, Ambrosia Japanese Restaurant, KÄFER by The Binjiang One, Dian Shui Lou and The Deli & Bakery.
PRIMARY FUNCTION: The Sales Executive works within a multi-national sales team, which handles event inquiries, ranging from company parties to wedding banquets or outside caterings, from local and international clients from all various backgrounds.

- 维护已有的客户关系
- 出席与意向客户或潜在用户的洽谈会,用以确保活动执行过程中提供准确、无误的服务
- 为意向客户更进宴会需求的后续工作,包括:准备相关的文书并协调运营部门(厨房/服务)之间的操作
- 作为运营部与意向客户之间的“窗口”,及时了解客户需求
- 出席宴会活动前与相关餐厅与服务部门的对接会,积极推动活动的进行
- 为客户提供优质的售后服务,例如:宴会现场支持、满意度调查、撰写感谢信等。
工作职能:

任职资格:
- 大专或本科学历,至少具有两年或以上的快消行业工作经验
- 中国籍,良好的英语读写能力,并善于与人沟通
- 注重细节,并熟练运用办公软件
- 性格开朗,并乐于与不同背景国家的客人和同事沟通
- 具有较强的客户关怀能力以及良好的判断力
- 对西方餐饮文化有较强的兴趣

REQUIREMENTS:
- College or university degree with at least two years of sales experience in FMCG
- Native Chinese speaker with good verbal and written English; excellent communication skills are essential
- Needs to be well organized and well versed in MS office
- Should have an outgoing personality with confidence in dealing with guests as well as colleagues from all around the world
- Should be interested in foreign culture, foods and beverages from all around the world
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Receiving of inquiries or pursuing of business leads
- Manage relationship with existing clients
- Arrange meetings with contact persons of incoming inquiries or potential businesses
- Follow up of event inquiries, which includes liasion with the operations (Kitchen/Service) and preparation of related documents
- Act as “window” between operation and client concerning client’s requirements
- Arrange and attend coordination meetings before every function with related departments (Kitchen/Service)
- After sales (presence @ function venue, satisfactory study, “thank you-letter” etc.)
