Job Description
ABOUT YOUR ROLE
Achieves high levels of success in major account sales, penetration, and long-term growth through effective solution selling. Continually analyzes, identifies, and pursues opportunities to grow sales and increase the range of products customers purchase. Drives and coordinates program development with internal functions to meet customer’s requirements and achieve profitable sales growth.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE
- Execute selling activities in relation to specific Master Customer programs within a geographic territory.
- Execute selling activities for entire product portfolio towards assigned major customer accounts.
- Identify and generate sales prospects and be accountable for developing relationships with these prospects.
- Complete customer call reports, pipeline reports, sales forecast reports in a timely and accurate manner.
- Ensure order fulfillment.
- Communicate and handle issues / complaint - Supports and participate trade shows or promotional campaign - Report and communicate market trend and customer needs.
- Report and communicate competitor intelligence.
Qualifications
WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU
- Above 2 years sales experience in a manufacturing environment essential, preferably with Toys / Houseware experience.
- Fluent in both English and the local language(s) - Good command of prospecting / sales negotiation / presentation and communication skill.
- Energetic, aggressive, initiative and able to work under pressure.
EDUCATION
-University graduate in business/ commercial or related field.
-Degree holder preferred.
