Eaton’s Crouse-Hinds division is currently seeking a Sales Executive to join our team. This position is based at our Buenos Aires, Argentina office. In this role you will: Increase sales by growing actual customers and generating new ones generating meaningful relationships with customers, distributors and industry key players, also work with Sales and Marketing Teams to generate Regional Sales strategy Main Responsibilities: Contact potential customers through email and direct sales calls. Identify customer needs and present solutions to support needs and supply value. Prepare and present value proposals to customers. Manage and improve competitive intelligence on bid and non-bid quotes. Understand and be proficient in selling Eaton Crouse-Hinds Series entire portfolio of products. Understand and be proficient in selling the value of a new prospect to Eaton Crouse-Hinds Series sales, operations and pricing management. Be knowledgeable of what Eaton Crouse-Hinds Series is looking for in a new account. Manage systems training, documentation, reporting and sales onboarding process. Provide coaching and mentoring to the regional distributor’s salesman, play leadership role on sales training development and delivery sales results. Ensure quality of customer account plans and adherence to sales process, including CRM Tool reporting. Ensuring that all commercial activities meet or improve on budget, cost, volume and efficiency targets (Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)) in line with business objectives. Representing the company externally e.g. at networking events, conferences and exhibitions to enhance and strengthen the company’s profile and optimize all business development opportunities. Conduct marketing research to identify new business opportunities. Work with Sales Marketing team to determine Eaton Crouse-Hinds Series Selling Strategy. #LI-MM3 Qualifications Required (Basic) Qualifications: Bachelor-level degree complete in Electrical Engineer or related; Desirable field sales management experience with contractors, engineer firms, distribuitor network in Electrical Market; Experience with electrical projects, desirable with explosion-proff electrical products; Excellent verbal and written communication skills, excellent people skills; Understanding of sales and marketing techniques, concepts, and strategies is also necessary. Desirable experience in Mining companies and/or in Oil&Gas market Bilingual – English/ Spanish. We make what matters work.
