Sales Executive - Licensing

Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and maximize sales prospects by expanding the existing licensing portfolio
- Work with active licensees to develop innovative products, execute fun marketing programs and expand to more retail channels (online and offline) in order to achieve or exceed sales targets
- Work closely with licensees to ensure their business and marketing strategies are aligned with the brand and company’s objectives.
- Handle sales order processing by keeping track of quarterly royalty report, project coordination and maintain good relationships with licensees
- Negotiate the business terms for new licensees and renewal of current licensees
- Maintain good communication between licensor and licensee
- Travel to China factory is required
- Assist in other ad-hoc duties assigned as required
Requirements:
- University degree in business related discipline
- At least 3 years of relevant experiences in sales operation and management
- Good understanding of the character industry and license business is preferred
- Proficiency in PC knowledge (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing)
- Fluent in both spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
- Self-motivated, creative and able to work independently
- Proactive, detail-minded and hard-working with strong interpersonal and presentation skills
- Immediate Available is highly preferred
