Job Description
Requirements
1. At least 2 years’ experience in sales role in Shanghai (other first & second tier cities in China are also acceptable), preferably from F&B sector
2. Preferably to have knowledge with product selling
3. Self-motivated (knowledge of coffee, wine or other F&B product is a plus)
4. Mature & autonomy personality
5. University or College degree
6. Experienced in managing high level customer relationships
7. Fluent in English and (if foreigner) preferably business proficient in Chinese Mandarin. Fluent in another language is a plus

Key responsibilities & outputs
• Develop new & existing clients in Shanghai
• Achieve and exceed sales revenue targets and agreed KPIs within a defined territory while maximizing profitability by managing accounts through the entire sales process
• Achieve and exceed distribution targets by opening new accounts and penetrating existing accounts
• Overall customer service responsibility as key point of contact for coordination and communication, and issue resolution
• On-going development of coffee knowledge and sales skills
• Gather market information and report to manager
• Work according to a dedicated on-site visits & calls cycle, build strategic relationships and negotiate with purchasing decision makers
• Developing a close relationship with Regional Managers in an area to increase penetration of our product into the market
• Responsible for stimulating the market by creating new opportunities to satisfy clients' sales needs
• Analyze potential sales opportunities by using data analyses, segmented research and information available (networking) to identify the attributes most valued by these potential clients
• Prepare sales pitches and perform the entire sales transaction successfully
